Humanists@Work has launched its own podcast! Subscribe today to hear us discuss everything related to careers outside and alongside the academy for students pursuing advanced degrees in the humanities. For our inaugural podcast, we tackle how the 2016 MLA convention in Austin responded to graduate student professionalization needs and concerns and look ahead to ways in which the university can better support graduate students.
Guests include Kelly Anne Brown (UCHRI Assistant Director), Anna Finn (UCI English PhD, Graduate Student Researcher), Simon Abramowitsch (UCD English PhD and Humwork Advisory Committee Member), Dana Linda (UCLA Comparative Literature PhD and Humwork Graduate Advisory Committee Member), and Rebecca Lippman (UCLA Comparative Literature PhD).

Our next podcast is an inside look into the ACLS Public Fellows program and present interviews with ACLS’s Director of Public Programs and past fellows with PhDs from University of California campuses.
