Throughout the day, workshop participants were invited to answer some questions posted around the room, either by making a sign and snapping a polaroid with it, or by using large sticky notes and construction paper. The answers to these questions were and are a part of an ongoing discussion and helped to seed the final session of the day “Theorizing Our Moment.”
While we hope that the workshop helps provide UC grads with the skills needed to take on a variety of careers, we also know that the HumWork community is a major part of re-thinking the university. We must “Theorize our moment” so that our work leads to real and lasting culture change across the UC.
